UK grandmother becomes bingo millionaire
Christine Bradfield has won what is claimed to be the world’s biggest ever bingo jackpot. The 53 year old grandmother from Wales was playing the UK’s National Bingo Game when she scooped the platinum prize of £1.1 million.The National Bingo Game is played across 470 halls across the UK is thought to be the world’s biggest bingo network.
Mrs Bradfield and her husband is said to be in shock at the huge windfall, which she plans to share with her sister-in-law, Lorraine Williams.
Mr Bradfield, a crane driver and Mrs Bradford, who works part time in a garage, has claimed that she won’t use the win to live a leisurely lifestyle. She plans to continue working as she couldn’t be at home or she’d be “out shopping all the time”. Her plans are to spend the money on spoiling her grandchildren.
She won’t give up playing bingo either as she has been playing since she was 18 years old and absolutely loves the game.
