EPT Invades Dublin

While the World Poker Tour is tearing up Canada in the North American Poker Championship, across the pond the European Poker Tour continues to glow with success with its most recent stop.

The EPT Dublin set in the Royal Dublin Society's Industries Hall saw 91 players take up their seats for the 8,000 Euro buy in event, sponsored as always by PokerStars.com and featured many of their top pros.

As Stephen Bartley reports, Team PokerStars players Noah Boeken and Dario Minieri entered the event. For those who just watch poker on ESPN, the WSOP Main Event featured Dario looking like Harry Potter with the scarf and magically extracting chips which led him into the chip lead.

Unfortunately for Dario he has already busted out using his usual aggressive style of play when his AT was met with AQ held by long time pro Jan Sjavik.

For a run down of who's in and out with a European blogging flavor thrown in, be sure to check out PokerStarsblog.com for updates.
